Katniss Everdeen, against all odds, has won the Hunger Games along with Peeta Mellark. They should now be able to live in safety. But it is more dangerous than ever, most of all for Katniss. The Capitol is furious that she found a loophole to the rules in the arena, and they want revenge. There is only supposed to be one winner in the Games. Katniss needs to prove that she wasn't responsible for her actions in the arena, otherwise she will definately be punished.
